In their created chart the blue column represents the goal achieved and the orange column represents the actual goal. The percentage achieved is 44% but the bar is much higher than the goal amount. Is there a way to modify the chart so that the % achieved is more in relationship to the goal amount. I have created another chart and seems to line up correctly.

Is this a graph of sales or something?
Is the data more realistic?
For example, if the record creation date and close date are too close, the target value may be larger than the actual value.
