Hi, assuming that you're trying to achieve this using the data management module in D365FO. It is not possible to import at once into multiple legal entities by means of one import file. You need to setup separate import projects. If the data needs to be exactly the same for multiple legal entities, you can import once, and afterwards use the copy into legal entity functionality to copy the data to multiple other legal entities at once.

If you're familiar with VSCode and MCP, you are probably able to vibe code functionality to achieve this outside of the D365FO user interface, and make yourself a little agent. Hope this helps!

Create a Data Project (Data management > Import) in D365 FO
Add each entity: Released products V2, Product variants, Site details, etc.
One Excel file, multiple sheets - sheet name = entity name
Set Sequence so products load before variants, variants before site data
Check field mapping per entity
Preview/validate staging data
Run the job - one execution summary, errors per entity

You can not import the released products v2 in multiple entities at once, Although their are some workaround by which you can reduce your time in importing the same data in multiple legal entities.

Workaround 1 - Import data in one legal entity and create a project for copy from legal entity, In this project you can select multiple legal entities, If the 1st entity already have data in released products v2, then you can apply filters.
Workaround 2 - Create a project upload the file and Import the data one by one in all the entities.
