Hello,
I was able to configure a information banner to show on the marketing page. However, this only works in a single language.
Is there a way to configure the banner in different languages and display depending on the marketing page?

Hi nikoleta,
As what we saw in marketing page configuration form, these fields are static values which have been populated by user,
currently there is no option to configure multiple languages banner in OOB way,
A workaround is that embedding a custom javascript in marketing page to show banner with multiple lang options.
There is an javascipt API to detect visitor's language:

Yes cookie banner is also available in different language if you have a wordpress website than use this plugin : wordpress.org/.../
