Hello,
I am attempting to get my Dynamics 365 Project timesheet app up and going, but once I put the URL to my environment in and log in with my credentials, the app gets stuck on a loading screen. Is this an app issue, or is there some additional set-up of the environment required?
I have switched the "Enable Dynamics 365 Project Timesheet" parameter to on in the settings.

The app you refer to, is that the one that MS ships with the standard application or is this something self created?

How would I be able to find which version of FnO I am using?
The app is the one MS ships with the standard application.
I am using FinOps 10.0.4 with update 28.
Do other users have the same problem?
What roles does your user have assigned?
If you click on the round settings button on your home screen and select 'Mobile App' can you see whether the App is correctly published?
Yes, other users are experiencing this problem as well. The role the user has assigned is system admin.
The mobile apps available to be published are for a different App. The app i am attempting to utilize is Microsoft Dynamics 365 Project Timesheet app. Here is the link: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamics365/finance/project-management/project-timesheet?toc=/dynamics365/commerce/toc.json

Potentially, you can have a look at the environment monitoring to see if there are events which might give some additional information. Are you using the mobile Timesheet app on Android or iOS? Is the startup company for the users the same as the company where they need to write their time?
