Play video in Marketing email

Hello together,

I have followed the steps as mentioned in this article,

Include videos in your marketing content (Dynamics 365 Marketing) | Microsoft Docs
docs.microsoft.com/.../video-content

But it is not playing the video directly in the marketing email. It.is coming up as an image and it is opening the video link in new tab when user clicks on it.

Is it possible to play the video directly in the email as mentioned in microsoft docs?

    Hi Nithya,

    It is not supported OOTB. To achieve this, you have to get the video’s URL which ends with .mp4 to instead of the URL in the included Video tool.
