Gentlemen,

I would like to know what causes the error "http 502 host not fund" when printing using client application?

Can you help me on his matter? I am currently using AX 2012.

Hi BillyYong,

This error is a "bad gateway" means that two machines cannot communicate with each other. So it is a technical error. Check if all machines are up, services are running, no passwords expired etc.

We are currently using remote desktop for our AX 2012. Everything is running smoothly when we print. Unfortunately, When we use client application Printing problem will occur....

Hi BillYong,

You already had informed about the issue. Someone needs to check the connectivity between e.g. the AOS and reporting service and the remote desktop and reporting service.

Could this be related to Kerberos failing?
This should carry your authentication which might work for the RDP, but not for your local clients.

See if you can access the report server directly.
Go to your System configuration and find the report server setup. Look at the URL and open it in a browser. Do you get direct access?
