Hi!!
We have developed around 200 reports in Ax 2012, now if we want to upgrade to D365fo,
do we have any standard tool that we can use?
When you perform a code upgrade, customization related to reports will be moved.
But you may need to redesign and restructure report in D365fo.

What kind of reports are those?
Are they used for reporting, analyzing data or for something else?
If you want to bring them over, can you possibly replace them with standard analytical tools or other / new reports?
Have you checked that already?

if All of your reports are custom reports then yes from code upgrade tool all those reports will be upgraded to d365 metadata and then you will need to move them to your extension model just by drag and drop from over layering model, we did exact same with custom reports in our upgrade project :)
