Replicate a "classic workflow" with a Microsoft Flow Triggered when the Record Status Changes

Hi there

Having issues when trying to replicate one of our workflows which is triggered when a Record Status Changes, the "Change Type" Modified it is not fit for purpose, sends loads of notifications instead of one as the "Classic" does when the desired status is set

I have the condition on the flow, but still sending few notification emails after the record status has been set on every instance

Any given help will be very much appreciated

Hello,

Check this article - docs.microsoft.com/.../create-update-delete-trigger

Include statecode,statuscode to "Column Filters" under "Show Advanced Options".

Fricking "A" Yessss, the article gave me the idea and, Selecting Column and Filtering Rows in the trigger fixed the issue and now only one email notification is sent by the flow, and only when the status is the desired one!!! I am so happy!!
