I'm a partner in a rapidly-growing accounting and consulting firm. I just signed up for a trial of Dynamics 365 Business Central to see if this will work for my business and to see if it's the right solution to promote to my client base as part of our offered software stack. Upon signing in for the first time I'm met with this page:
Clicking the "Go back home" link brings me back to this page. Signing out and signing back in does the same. There are no support links, or any other options, for me to reach out to. I also have no clue who "CRONUS USA, Inc." is...
This seems to me like an opportunity for Microsoft to really shine. It's not in how well we perform on a daily basis, but in how we handle the hiccups in life, that truly defines our character and value, so, I'm approaching this as a real-world test of how Microsoft and Dynamics 365 Business Central perform when we're faced with a common, mission-critical, business challenge.
Just a minor setback, Microsoft ... I'm prepared to be impressed! :-D
