Have a client that is experiencing numerous posting interruptions weekly. Just wanted to get some input from the community experts on what the most likely causes are - I tend to blame them on network comm errors but are there other frequent causes aside from that? This client is in the cloud . . .

I have the same question (0)I have a cloud customer and they had issues as well, but there's could be traced to inconsistent internet connection. They were in a rural area so that was mostly to blame as it was not possible to get a good connection from there.
