We have a client who inadvertently is adding blank Notes through the Notes entity.Notes is not a customizable entity but I would like to alert the user if they are inadvertently leave the text part of the message blank. Any ideas?

    Hi Geri,

    The notes form is not a form that can easily be customized.  My recommendation would be for a plugin that checks if the note is blank and has no attachment and if so, delete it.
