GP Web Services and Analytical Accounting

There is a system that we are considering using for purchasing that we want to integrate with GP. We are looking to use web services to bring over purchasing invoices into GP for payment. We use Analytical Accounting and it is not clear if GP web services support transactions with analytical accounting. Can someone please clarify this?
