Importing unmanaged solution stops audit history

Hi guys,

I'm on 2016 on prem since august last year. I thought the problem has been fixed for 2016 and it was ok for me. I'm importing a new solution from dev to live almost every week. Randomly this is stopping the audit trail. It happened once in May and twice the last 2 weeks. Any ideas?

Hi Bobby

I experienced this issue when not including entity metadata when adding entity components to a solution. May be worth checking to see if that resolves the issue. I wrote about it here.

Hi Luke,

It is exactly the problem I'm having. I will test that next Thursday. Do you know by any chance if that will also fix Duplicate Detection Rules deactivation?

Has Microsoft admitted that this is a bug they should fix at some point? This "feature" is causing us a great deal of trouble.
