Our Sales Associate accidentally transferred another Sales Associate's leads and job info into her account. Don't know how to fix

Our sales associate (Jane) changed a field in her name and somehow transferred everything from another Sales Associate's (John) account, including, leads, job information, completed jobs and accounts. When John logs into his account he doesn't have anything showing anymore. We don't know how to undo this? Can we run a report and undo? Please, any help will be greatly appreciated.

Thank you in advance.

    Hi,

I don't think there is any easy way to identify which records have transfered from Jane to John other than manually identifying using Auditing if enabled.

This has to be done manuall but can be done partial in bulk. For example. do an advance find for lead entity which are owned by jane. Put a filter for the date it may have happened. Igf unsure then you can put some rough timing say last 3 days etc. Once you get the results, review the records and assign it back to John. Do this for all the affected entities.

    Hope this helps.
