Hi:

Aside from using Service Management or something along those lines, is it possible to establish a default quantity for a "Service" type inventory item and have that default quantity appear on Sales Orders?

The only method that I know of would be standard sales codes. Too much set to put this on every customer but I think it would work.

    I agree with Kim here.

But maybe some creative use of Power Automate could do this for you as well if you have a set of specific items and quantities you want to add to a sales order.
