Hi Team,
After lot of debugging I have found out that some times when a custom workflow action is called from a plugin executing asynchronously, the call goes to the workflow action but the platform does not actually execute the action and goes ahead to further steps in the action like assigning output values.
This behavior was seen repeatedly many times and after the Microsoft Dynamics CRM Async Service is restarted it starts functioning correctly as expected.
We need the solution to this and request you to please have a look into this issue.
