Email Template font type

Hi,

Due to the customer requirement, they unable to use the email marketing as they need to put some email to cc which Marketing Email dont have. They would use the Email template under the classic form. However, the font type in the email template seem limited, possible for us to add in additional font type to use other fonts?

I also noticed the Marketing Email got extra font type than the email template.

    Hi Partner

    As observed, yes email template has less font compared to Email.

    Email template has some set of fonts and we can use only those and having custom fonts in email template won't be possible because email template form can't be customized. 

    Workaround- here what can you do

    • Format your content on a word document and copy paste from there into your email template. It should retain the fonts, size and color.
    • Set the formatting within your HTML
    • Additionally, you can also check by setting a default font for the browser as Default font in Dynamics emails is inherited from your browser settings. 
    • you can also Log the feature/ idea request  to add some more email font for email template on https://experience.dynamics.com/ideas/
