In one of my projects ,  having issues with identifying the correct MICR fonts. Does anyone have  any insight about which font we use for MICR lines out of D365?   

I found online that D365 supports MICR E13B 2.1 and IDAutomationMICR, wondering if one is preferred. 

Any assistance is appreciated.

    Hi,
    When it comes to MICR fonts for AP checks in Dynamics 365, both MICR E13B 2.1 and IDAutomationMICR are supported options.
    MICR E13B 2.1 is a widely recognized standard for MICR encoding and is commonly used in the banking industry. It provides reliable and accurate recognition of MICR characters. IDAutomationMICR is another font option that is designed specifically for check printing and MICR encoding. Both of them are a good fit.
