How to set up following.

1) I need to the item batches expiration date and best before date must be same.

2)And another item i need best before date less than the expire date.

Please help me im new in Ax

Hi,

Your item must be FEFO date controlled at first (setup done on the item model group), and obviously batch tracked.

Then you can adujst the Following parameters on the released product record : have a look on the ITEM DATA (Under Manage Inventory). You will find those Shelf advice period in days, Shelf life period in days, Best before period in days.

Once adjusted, you will see the calculated date on your batches updated when creating a new batch.
