Recall button in workflow

Hello,
 
I created a custom workflow. It worked well.
Now the issue is the 'recall' button is not showing in the workflow action bar after submitting a record it shows only 'view history'.
 
Is there any configuration I've missed or any separate code or class, please let me know

    Probably, this can be of some help. Or you would need to implement security for the user on the menu item linked to the property Cancel menu item or there is no menu item set here.

    Hi,
    Do you have custom customizations for your workflows? You can check your role permissions to see if you have permission to recall workflows. Or you can check your workflow configuration.

    Hi,
    You can try to navigate to Navigation pane > Modules > Common > Inquiries > Workflow > Workflow history. Select all in the filter and see if the recall button is visible.
