Lead Scoring model NOT Stopping

Hi All,

Our Lead scoring model status reason has been at Stopping stage for three days now.

Because it is at stopping stage there are no choice to go Live again.

It there anything we can do to make it stop?

    I created a workflow that forced the Lead Score Model to Draft.

    Hi Arttu,

    It's a wise choice to force it to be Draft.

    I assume this is not a problem that occurs consistently.

    If it will still appear from time to time after this, it is recommended to raise a support ticket for further help.
