When changes are made to IV Items assigned to a cost category in Budget Template Maintenance, is there any way to roll down these changes to existing projects? If a item's budget/forecast cost has changed, how does that new cost get reflected in existing projects. Or, if an item has become obsolete and needs to be replaced?
