Error identified in Payload provided by the user for Entity :'msnfp_transactions'

We are using Fundraising and Engagement.

Today when trying to Process a new transaction, the system gives error "Error identified in Payload provided by the user for Entity :'msnfp_transactions'" followed by a lot of jargon. How can we fix this?

It was working two days ago.

An update. Fortunately has assistance by loggin a support to Microsoft. It appears the D365 Sales licences we had was not able to be renewed and had died - unrelated to our regular renewal payments. We had to get a new licence. This was not difficult, but unclear. Fortunately the MS support person was able to talk through all of the above in a screen share.

The system was then working agan until today when we have received the same error. This time I can see that the D365 sales subscription is still active, so wondering where this new error is arrising. The error message is not helpful. I think I will need to again log a support to MS.

Was this resolved by MS? We have encountered the exact same issue - and am appreciative that we may look at the license as a potential issue area but noting your experience that the issue resumed after a few weeks.

We are having the same issue here and have logged a support ticket to MS. Have you had any luck yet?
