How can i find users that haven't made any changes in the system?

Hi!

We recently found a user that left us 2 years ago that we missed removing licenses for. So we're trying to find all users that haven't made any changes in the system for the last x days/weeks/months etc to remove those we might have missed. Is there any out of the box solution for this or any clever addon?

We're using custom apps and sales, customer service and PSA.
