Does anyone know of a 3rd party piece that can integrate into SL that can handles Sales Taxes. We also need it to handle international Sales Taxes which would also require it to be multi-currency.

Yeah did the same thing. There's SVA Taxbridge, CCH has a solution. I think Avalara has something as well.
However, none of these can handle the kind of international business that our client is getting ready to do. Hence the question....
