Regards hiding and editing Toast Message Notification

I have an one question regards, toast message notification that is how can we edit text of system generated toast message notification and also how can we hide the link present in this toast message(which is accessible to records). can anyone suggest appropriate solution?

    System‑generated toast messages usually EZPassIL can’t be directly edited — you’ll need to override them by creating a custom toast notification in your code/UI layer. To hide the record link, disable or remove the default action in the toast configuration and replace it with your own message text.

    Which toast notifications are you hoping of editing? I don't know that I'm aware of many toast notifications included in the Microsoft provided solutions. Do you have any examples?

    i just trying to update system default toast message ass well as link present in this toast, i am trying to edit this.
