Hello, I am looking for the best solutions in my industrie the hotellerie area and there are a few questions I am asking myself, I am not a specialist in this area so thank you for your understanding.
First is the Microsoft Dynamics CRM compatible with Microsoft Dynamics ERP and do they have aproximately the same interface?
Then I saw that Microsoft Dynamics RMS was only accessible for the US, the UK, Australia and Canada. Is there any possibility to have it in French and use it in France? Otherwise are there any RMS compatible with the Microsoft Dynamics solution's? Maybe the Microsoft RMS from Ideas?

Yes, RMS could be installed in French and in France. For that you need to find a MSFT Dynamics Partner in France, as the "localization" of the product in non-english countries is done by local Partners.
