Access to Dynamic CRM home page from Dynamic 365 tile

Dear Team, 

I am using a trial account for Dynamic CRM (which is now a part of Dynamic 365). Whenever I am login into the portal and clicking on Dynamic 365 tile, the home page is getting open. To reach out to Dynamic CRM home page, I have to use "Admin" tile. So I request you to answer my questions mentioned below:

1. Is there any setting that we can do through which whenever we click on Dynamic 365 tile it should automatically get redirected to Dynamic CRM home page?

2. If not, then how the user (who is not having any admin right) will get to access the CRM home page.

    Hi Ritika,

    You can access CRM by using traditional crm url i.e.  i.e. https://<orgname>.crm5.dynamics.com with same credential which is used to log in.

    In the url, crm5 is based on your region. e.g. for asia it is crm5.

    Provide your all user CRM url so that they directly log in into crm homepage

    crm5 is based on your region. e.g. for asia it is crm5.

    Hi Ritika

    Once you are in CRM you can just copy the URL and save that to either your desktop as an icon or in your favourites

    For Dynamics 365 it will look along the lines of "https://<YourOrgName>.crm5.dynamics.com"
