5Hi There,
i have an issue with the uninstallation of Business Portal SL.
firstly, when i click on change in Programs Control panel on Business Portal SL.
it will prompt me business portal encountered an error and ended prematurely. therefore, i am unable to uninstall it at all.
what happened was this,
The server was apparently renamed.
This is happening to my customer as they have some criteria and requirement for renaming their servers.
I tried renaming back to the original name and it still encounters the error.
Does anyone have any idea as to what else can be done to uninstall the Business Portal?
any help is appreciated!
