My Customer has Dynamics CRM 2013 SP 1 UR 3 and Outlook 2010 with the CRM for Outlook Client in the same Version as the Server (6.1.3.0119). When we distribute a Campaign Activity, there is this Dialog at the end for creating Activities in CRM and also add an attachment to the E-Mail. After confirming, we receive for each E-Mail this error message:
"The message was saved as a Microsoft Dynamics CRM record without all of the original attachments. One or more attachments are blocked or invalid."
And there are over 5'000 E-Mails to send...
Despite the error message, all activities are created in the CRM.
The Facts or what have I done until yet:
- The attachment ist only 500kb.
- In the System Settings, the Maximum file size is set to 32MB
- In the web.config I set the following parameters:

- IIS Reset, then Server restart
- The user has the Systemadministrator Role
- Created a new mail merge template
- We have created a test marketing list with 5 Members for testing purpose. Sometimes, the tests were successfully without error message. And later with exactly the same setting, the error messages occurs.
- Reinstalled the CRM for Outlook Client.
- With the option to "Not create an Activity" at the last dialog, no error message occurs.
- Tested with a different User on the same computer, different user on other computers.
I am out of ideas...
