Dear ,

I hope this message finds you well. I am reaching out to seek your advice on a recurring issue we're experiencing with our job queue entry. Currently, we're encountering a challenge wherein the Job Queue Entry Status, despite being set to Ready, reverts back to Set to Hold status immediately after execution. Our objective is to ensure that the Job Queue runs seamlessly without requiring manual intervention to maintain the Ready status.

Given your expertise in this area, I would greatly appreciate any guidance or best practices you could offer to address this issue effectively. Our goal is to streamline our processes and ensure optimal performance of our job queue entry.

Thank you in advance for your time and assistance. Your insights will be invaluable in resolving this matter and improving our workflow efficiency.

In the Job Queue card How did You set it up?
In General section - take out the checkmark - "On Hold Due to Inactivity".

For the Job Queue to repeat, You need to add checkmarks in the Recurrence tab. Check in all days of the week that You want this Job Queue to execute, add Starting/Ending time each day (for example only During work-time or during night, for whole day add 0.00 AM starting, 23.59.59 PM Ending time)

And specify the interval between how often the the task should be Executed in the field No of Minutes between runs.

Once You get it running, You can Use Field Monitoring functionality, to check the Job Queue status, and in case it stops or gets an error, that your admin (responsible person) is notified in e-mail.

did you manually run it if it works. If yes, then you should check if the recurring related setting is correct.
