What you mean it's not opening, are you able to login successfully. Whats the error message there.
Could you please share a bit more information about your situation? I can access https://trials.dynamics.com and you don't use any account on that page. Do you mean that your trial environment has stopped working? Perhaps the trial has ended?

I have obfuscated your email as it is a public forum and any bot can retrieve the email and start spamming or impersonating you.
Related to the trial, please explain if you get any errors. Like mentioned, the trial is time-limited. After the evaluation period, you can deploy a new trial.

Trial environment of D365FO will expire after 7 days, please check your email for expiration notification.
or if you face any error at the time of login please share error log.
For creating new trial you can go to trials.dynamics.com and create new trial.
