Collections process automation

Hi All,

I have just enabled this feature of "Collections process automation" and tested it in a standard environment. But I am facing an issue that it is scheduled but shows no results after the scheduled time has passed.

Also, on the creation/editing of series I am having the following errors, whereas everything is defined:

Anyone can guide who has used this feature??

    Can you share details of the setup that has been made especially about the mail transmission?

    There seem to be some basic data/setups missing.

    Yeah Sure,

    This is the main setup.
