Hi,
When trying to issue customer statements using 'Report Output' of Email, we get the following error:
'The target email address has not been specified on the document layout for Customer: C00003, Customer Statement. //Choose the Document Layouts action on the customer or vendor card to specify the email address'
We don't use custom layouts for vendors or customers so haven't seen the need to create customer layouts. Nor do we have the need to send reports to different email addresses than that recorded on the customer card. The below screenshot demonstrates what we see for every customer - no custom layouts.
I'm wondering if we've missed something elsewhere in the configuration? Or do we in fact need to add a custom layout to every customer? (The later seems absurd as it would create a maintenance headache every time we add or edit a customer).
Any help much appreciated.
