    Hi Mustapha,

Make sure  all time zone in your CRM server , CRM async server and  Calendar is  similar . In addition try to create new SLA with minimum SLA items and check once.

I am not sure which user you are checking ?

Make sure you are login with both the server (Async and CRM app server) CRM app pool user credentials under which credentials CRM is running .

In addition how you are changing the timezone ? You need to go to control panel regional settings and the select the timezone .

    Hope this helps.

    Hi Mustapha ,

Go to IIS in your CRM application server you will find application pool and select Microsoft dynamics CRM app pool. Click on right side navigation advance settings and then Identity . Check there is any user is set or not . This is app pool user.

You need to login with this user both app and async server and change the regional settings with same timezone.
