Real Time Marketing Event registration form fails to load

I am trying to use the default RTM event registration form so that I can utilize the session registration capabilities.  However, when I embed the form script on my external site it fails to load.  The url has been validated & I am able to successfully host other RTM forms on my company's website.  The issue appears to be specific to event registration forms.

    Hello,
    There can be multiple reason that the form is failing to load.
    One of the fastest way to see more details on the issue is to open the browser network tab, refresh the form and see the details of the error response.
    If the details will not be enough to identify the issue, then feel free to create a support request on the appropriate D365 team by following the steps described here: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamics365/field-service/field-service-get-help

    A support ticket has been raised and I am currently working Microsoft to resolve the issue. I'll post the solution here after it has been resolved.
