Hi,
When CRM 2015 Online was updated, a few of our accounts were bunched with others, creating child accounts. I need to remove these child accounts from their so called attached parent, but i don't want to delete these child accounts.
Does anyone know the proper way to remove/separate a child account form a parent without deleting the "child" account? This is probably a very elementary question - but i'd rather have the right answer before accidentally deleting things!
