We need our antivirus to ignore these services that are running when RMS tries to do a transaction, it is causing it to time out

The manager program front end shows as somanager.exe in the task list, and also uses the same sql backend.

Is this just for the POS application?  Does it have the same or different service for Manager?

The front end client program is called soposuser.exe and connects to the SQL back end database usually called mssqlserver through port tcp 1433.
