Double voucher entry in ledger on bank drop

Dear Experts,

I face an issue on POS. When I do bank drop on POS, after posting of statement its record shows in bank ledger with two voucher entries, both credit and debit side entries exists in the ledger. For your convivence i post screen shots here. I try many different options on retail store payment methods but with no success.
