I am on a CRM trial, and I added a new user and assigned the same license I already have.
I can see it as an active user within the Microsoft 365 Admin Center:
However, I can't find it on Dynamics CRM:
May it depend on some synchronization issue, or am I missing something?

Beside what you did, you should also add the User from the Power Platform Admin Center
