We have web-site where user book delivery, and we have in MySQL: Date, Name, Start time. In field service we can use automatic make task for delivery? Or need every task adding manually?
It depends as long as name is unique to Dynamics you should be able to have a web app retrieve details then create I suspect you mean work order or a task if that's what you meant.
If it is specifically for a customer you might also want to have the customer or order number on the MySQL record so they are not just orphaned records
