Sub-grid in Custom workflow.

I've a custom workflow where i can select only one team from lookup.

but I want to select multiple teams. Can i add sub-grid or is there anyway to achieve this?

    No, you can't. EntityReferenceCollection is not allowed Input for custom workflow activities.
