As you may know, there's the possibility to integrate Skype's click-to-call feature into MS CRM for outgoing phone calls. Thus, one can click on the phone number of a contact on the CRM GUI and Skype will automatically dial this contact. Futhermore a phone activity will automatically be opened on the CRM.
Now I'm interested in the other way round - incoming phone calls:
If Skype receives an incoming phone call, a pop up should be shown by Skype or by the CRM (browser) with the contact information, thus I can see the caller's name. (Of course this can work only as long as the incoming phone number/contact is present in the CRM.) Furthermore it would be benefitial if a phone activity will be opened, too.
I found some proprietary tools (TelephoneIntegration or SkypePOP) but I wonder if there are some alternative approaches?
