I am have configured my Dynamics CRM Online instance with Outlook, however I keep getting the pending send status when I try to send an email.

Please check if sending and receiving user have email ids and if their emails are approved.

Please try refreshing the grid, which shows Pending Status, generally it takes a few seconds to send the mail and update the status to sent.
