Receiving this error Message on Expense Management Reports: Function 'ConvertAmountValue()' has failed. A currency to convert to is required to retrieve exchange rate information.

Receiving this error message on all my expense reports in Dynamics 365 F&O. Any ideas? Only using one currency USD

Open Expense management>Setup>Policies

Review all actives policies and check rules for that currency

That was it! On one of the policies, the currency was left blank or empty. Once we entered a currency for the policy the error stopped occurring.
