Using 'Record URL(Dynamic)' hyperlink in workflow email prompts user to login (IFD)

we have CRM Deployed with IFD configuration. I have created a workflow to email a sales rep when a new account is created. Included in the email is a link to the Account record using the 'Record URL(Dynamic)' hyperlink feature. However, when a user clicks on the link it is going to navigate it to IDF URL (CRMOrg.domain.com) instead of (CommonName.domain.com/OrgName)  any suggestion to change URL ?

    Hi,

This is the system behavior, if you do not like this, you might need to create a custom workflow to generate the url yourself.

    Hi Amar ,

I believe this is expected behavior . This was defined at the time of CRM installation .You could see in setting  --> customization --> Developer resource  might be similar with that.
