Does anyone know if it is possible to edit the email address that Marketing Emails appear from? I.e. Is it possible to create a vanity address for communications recipients to see?

On that note, is it possible to record which device (mobile, tablet, pc etc.) a contact opened an email from? This would be helpful to know. For example, if we ne know that 70% of our contacts are opening emails on mobile, we could shift our design to be more focussed around the mobile layout.

Any information would be greatly appreciated!

Hi Daniel,

Yes, you can set the "From address" field as a vanity address.

It can still be sent to the contact and the sender will be shown as the address you set.

And you can see the Browser and Operating system used by each contact to open emails under the Interactions category in the Insights tab.

Great to know about the vanity address and browser and operating system tracking. Follow-up question - do you know if it's possible to distinguish if someone accessed email via Google Chrome on mobile versus Google Chrome on laptop pc?

Hi,

As shown in the screenshot, the OS which is used to open the email will be recorded.
