We're getting an error "Invalid object name CN10300" when trying to email an invoice from collections main. Google turns up zero; has anyone else come across this?

What version of GP is this on? I notice this table appears in GP2013 but not in GP2010.
Table contains:
[USERID]
,[PRCSSQNC]
,[CUSTNMBR]
,[CUSTNAME]
,[ADRSCODE]
,[SEQNUMBR]
,[fileName]
,[Delete_After_Attach]
,[DEX_ROW_ID]
,[EmailBody]
If you are on GP2013, maybe it is worth trying to create this table and procedures manually via Maintenance > SQL for table "Collections - Email Attachments" ?
We're on 2013 SP1
I followed your path, but I do not have an option for "Collections - Email Attachments"..I only have Collection Master and eCollect Company Access
I'm using 2013 SP1 so I thought I would test this for you. I get the same message:
[Microsoft][SQL Server Native Client 10.0][SQL Server]Invalid object name '.CN10300'.
If you go via Microsoft Dynamics GP button > Maintenance > SQL - then select the company database, product: Collections Management
You should then see a list of 24 items of which Collections - Email attachments is the 6th one down.
If you check within SQL Management Studio, can you see table CN10300 within the company database concerned? The message suggests its not there - hence my suggestion about creating it manually with the Maintenance > SQL options in Dynamics.
Olly,
Followed your instructions and the table wasn't there so I run the Create in the SQL option on my TEST company. Not really familiar with this process. Here's the error message when I tried again:
[Microsoft][SQL Server Native Client 10.0][SQL Server]The INSERT permission was denied on the object 'CN10300', database 'ZPLD', schema 'dbo'.
In the SQL Maintenance window did you also mark the checkbox for "Create Auto Procedure" for the table "Collections - Email Attachments"?
No I didn't. Is there anything else I need to check?
Checking the box to create the auto procedure should be enough, if you have already created the table itself via the SQL Maintenance window. If you have issues after that, it may be worth running the Grant.sql script in SQL Management Studio against that particular company database - that will set usual Dynamics permissions.
