when I check sales order, i find that sales order line details -item reference inforamtion lack, the correct is that this tab will link production order and lot information.
i also check the marking and reservation, both them exist.
so then i check production order and sales order record info, not have anyone to modify the orders.
and I check again production order reference content, the information exist, I am not sure why cause it? if you also have this error, can you share with me the solution?
Do you have this issue with just one sales order, some sales orders or all? Did it work before in a different way? Can you tell us your process how you create sales orders and production orders in your environment? Starting from the production order, do you see a sales order reference?
