HI, I would really appreciate help on this.
Client installation worked 100% since yesterday (16 May 2016)

Yesterday we changed the server name to an IP address and, unfortunately, at the same time allowed a number of windows and security updates to run.

It also seems that Web Services Enhancements 2.0 SP3 installed itself during the update

Since then:

We did the following with no success:

Restored the previous days system database to a test database (on same server instance)
Re-imported PVRECS
Ran DB Update
Uninstalled Web Services Enhancements 2.0 SP3 and all updates
